About Me

Alaina Wood is an award-winning independent climate communicator and sustainability scientist based in East Tennessee. She is the founder of the climate education and activism platform known as the Garbage Queen where she helps her global audience navigate their eco-anxiety by uplifting climate solutions through an evidence-based and intersectional lens.
